What happens if eBay order sync fails to Shopify?

If you notice any order syncs have failed, check the order details. The main reason for the failed status is usually the SKU not being found on the Shopify product.

In this case, click on the down arrow, and you will see a " Link Product " button on the order line item to manually link it.

Once you click the "Link product" button, a modal with all the Shopify variants will be displayed.

You can search using the Shopify product's Title and SKUs or by entering the SKU if you have it.

After selecting the variant and clicking "Link Now," your SKU will be linked, and the syncing process will begin again.

Once the process is completed, your eBay failed synced order will be successfully synced to Shopify for fulfillment.
