How do I sync my Tax and VAT information from Etsy orders?

If you are confused about how to sync your tax information from the sale you make on Etsy, it's just a matter of one click. Please follow the steps below, and your Tax & VAT information will be synced to Shopify.

Go to the "Settings" section of our app.

Proceed to the Order section. Scroll down to locate the Sync Tax/VAT from Etsy order to Shopify and enable the Tax/VAT settings. If Tax and VAT data is present in the Etsy orders, it will be automatically synchronized with the Shopify orders.

However, if you don't have a VAT available in the orders but you want to add the manual VAT percentage while syncing the Etsy orders to Shopify. You can do that as well. Please follow the steps below:

Enable the Is your Etsy product's price inclusive of VAT? settings:

It will ask you if the product's price is inclusive of VAT or not. Please select according to your requirements. After that, add the VAT percentage as per your needs, and when any Etsy orders sync to Shopify, they will be calculated based on your settings:
