Automatic End Listing
As a seller, you might have to change the Shopify product to "draft," "delete," or "archive" when the stock is depleted. This change may be made by you or any other third-party apps to maintain the inventory. In such cases, if you have uploaded the Shopify product to eBay using our app or have the product linked, then such immediate action in your Shopify product should be reflected in your linked eBay product as well.
To handle this scenario, we have an option to "Automatically end listing when the linked Shopify product is changed to draft/deleted/archived."
If the option is checked and updated, then whenever your Shopify product status changes to draft deleted or archived, the linked eBay product will be deleted so that the inventory remains in sync. If you don't want this behavior, you can disable and update settings.
