🔗 Understanding the Linked Inventory Page
The Linked Inventory page helps you identify products that are available in both Square and Wix and are linked based on matching SKUs. This is especially useful for managing stock levels and ensuring synchronization across platforms.
Even if you do not manually link or import/export a product, it will appear here as linked if the SKU matches in both platforms.
- Each row in the list shows the following:
- Product Title
- SKUs
- Total Stock (All Locations): Displays combined inventory for all locations in both platforms.
- Shared SKU Count: Indicates the number of matching SKUs between Shopify and Square for that product.
🎯 Summary
- The Linked Inventory page shows products connected between Square and Wix based on SKU matching.
- You can view which products are linked, which exist only on the Square channel, and their available stock levels.
- Products that exist only in Square will display Square as the only channel.
- Products available in both channels show Square and Wix icons together.
