1. Let's briefly understand all the sections on this page:

• All: This section includes all the active products on Shopify.

• Uploaded: This section lists the products that have been uploaded from Shopify to Etsy.

• Not Uploaded: This section shows the products that have not yet been uploaded to Etsy.

2. Search and Filter:

Next to these sections tab, there is a search and filter option to help you manage your products more effectively.

• Search: You can search for products by title or SKU, making it easy to quickly locate specific items in your inventory. This is particularly useful if you have a large number of products and need to find one quickly without browsing through multiple pages.

• Filter by Collections: Below the search bar, there is a filter option that allows you to refine your product search by collections. Upon selecting this filter, a comprehensive list of all available collections in your Shopify store will be presented. By choosing a collection from this list, you can streamline your search results to show only the products associated with that specific collection, enabling you to concentrate on a particular subset of your inventory.

3. Sort:

A sort button can also sort your products into "title" or "created".

• Sorting by title arranges your products alphabetically, which is useful for verifying that all items are correctly named and organized.
• Sorting by the created date displays the products based on their creation date. This allows you to see the newest or oldest products first, making it easier to track recent additions or manage older inventory.

4. UPLOADING PRODUCTS FROM SHOPIFY TO ETSY:

• By Individual Products: There are two methods available for uploading your Shopify products to Etsy individually.
  • Uploading a single product: To upload a single product, click the "Upload to Etsy" button located on the right side after the product details.

• Uploading multiple products: To upload multiple products, check the boxes on the left of the product name and image, then click the "Upload Products to Etsy" button on the right side of the screen.

• By Collection: The second method for uploading products involves using collections. To begin, click on the "Upload by Collection" button. Proceed by selecting the checkboxes next to the collections you wish to upload; you can choose multiple collections if necessary. Finally, click "Upload by Collection to Etsy" to upload all products within the selected collections.
