A production partner refers to a company or individual (not affiliated with your Etsy shop) that assists in physically producing items according to your original designs, including services like printing, apparel manufacturing, engraving, and more.
This page will showcase the Production Partners created on Etsy. When you integrate your Etsy Shop with our application, if you have a Production Partner available, it will retrieve those details in our application.
Fetch production partners:
If you create a new Production Partner on Etsy after connecting our application, sometimes that Production Partner is not automatically synced to our app.
In this case, you can click on the Fetch production partners button to fetch the newly created Etsy Production Partner to our application.
