Etsy Order Shipping details are not synced with Shopify.
As of now, this issue affects only sellers from the United States, Canada, and Türkiye who integrated our application after October 21, 2024.
Due to a change in Etsy policies, all apps are not able to sync your Etsy order Shipping details to Shopify. For further information regarding the recent update, please refer to the following link:

Please Note: If you integrated our application before October 21, 2024, these services will continue to function as usual, with shipping data being automatically imported and exported.
Important Note: Since our app helps you to manage inventory between Shopify and Etsy, we request you to disable the inventory adjust settings when fulfilled in any other third-party application.
If you do not disable the inventory sync setting in third-party applications like (ShipStation , Shippo), the inventory will be deducted twice: once through our application and once by the fulfillment service.
Let's learn more about how this will affect our regular order-syncing process:
- Etsy API will not provide the shipping address for the order; this means the order will be synced to Shopify, but the shipping address will not be available for that order in Shopify.
- You won't be able to add the Tracking number and fulfill the order from Shopify.
- You cannot mark an Etsy order as Shipped from Shopify.
What will be the next step now:
- You can sync your inventory between Shopify and Etsy. To do that, instead of order and Inventory sync, you have to enable the Inventory Sync only option in our application. Please take a reference from the screenshot below:
- Etsy has partnered with several shipping partners, which are available depending on which country you’re located in and where you are shipping your orders from. These shipping services will help you manage and fulfill your Etsy orders without any issues. Rest assured, if there is an order on Etsy, the inventory will be updated on Shopify as well.
- Important Note: Since our app helps you to manage inventory between Shopify and Etsy, we request you to disable the inventory sync settings when fulfilled in any other third-party application. If you do not disable the inventory sync in third-party applications like (ShipStation , Shippo), the inventory will be deducted twice: once through our application and once by the fulfillment service.
- If you are not using Etsy-partnered shipping partners, you need to enable only the inventory sync in our application and fulfill your orders through Etsy itself. Rest assured, the inventory will be updated on Shopify as well.
Please note: The recent Etsy API update only affects the order syncing process. All other features and processes will continue to work as usual without any issues.
