How do we solve the title error caused by emojis, gifs, pic?
Learn how to resolve the title error that might arise because of gifs, emojis, pic on your Shopify product title.
Upload Error: Your product title has Emojis, gifs, pic, etc.
If your product titles have characters like Emojis, GIFs, etc., Etsy will reject them, and you will not be able to upload your products to Etsy.
Please try to avoid and fix this error by:
1. Going to your Shopify Store.
2. Clicking on the product with the error; and
3. Changing the title while making sure to avoid these characters.
4. After updating your title, save.
Once you update the title on Shopify, it'll be synced into our app, and the product will successfully be uploaded to Etsy.
Please note the following points:
- If some of the products have already been submitted from that feed, you wouldn't need to resubmit them. This means that products that failed to upload the first time will be uploaded automatically.
- You would need to resubmit if no products were uploaded earlier from that feed.
