Variation Profiling Process.

The exportfeed plugin will allow you to upload bulk products of your WooCommerce to Etsy Marketplace. However, there’s a limitation on Etsy API, which restricts uploading up to a maximum of 2 variation attributes.

Using our plugin for WooCommerce to Etsy, you will be allowed to upload all the variations of your product. Also, your buyers on Etsy can find the exact pricing per variation and even images per variation in some cases.

The Variation profile can be created before or after creating the product feed for Etsy. So, you can select the variation profile that you create when you upload the products to Etsy.

Go to the Etsy feed and select Settings.

Inside Settings, go to Variation Profiling.
You will find the option to add a new profile and click on it.

Then, start creating your Etsy variation profile.

After that, you need to provide your Profile Name, Attribute Separator, and Variation Attributes.

Important Note:

For the profile name, you can provide any name you feel, which can be easily identified when re-using the profile.

For attribute separators, please provide a pipe( | ) or hyphen (-), whichever you feel comfortable with. It's mandatory to add attribute separators while adding a variation profile.

For variation attributes, please select the variations that you need in your Etsy listing one by one.

Use the "Plus" icon to move the arrangement of the variations for naming convention, and click on the Submit button to save the variation profile.

Now, while uploading your product feed on Etsy, you must select the variation profile you just created.

There are two types of variation uploads:

Combined product variation
Upload product variation as it is in WooCommerce

Combined product variation

This variant will allow you to add more than 2 attributes while uploading products from Woocommerce to Etsy. You need to select the variation that you have created on Variation Profiling.

Upload product variation separately

You do not need to create a variation profile if your products have only two attributes. You can easily submit your products on Etsy by selecting the upload product variation separately option.
