Upload product variation as it is from WooCommerce to Etsy.

Please Note: Etsy only supports two variation attributes in products. If you are trying to upload the products from WooCommerce to Etsy as they are, please make sure to have a maximum of two variation attributes in WooCommerce.

However, Good News!

If you have more than two variations in WooCommerce and want to send all those attributes, with the help of our plugin, you can combine those attributes and upload them to Etsy. Learn more about uploading combined product variations:

Here, we will learn how to upload WooCommerce products as they are to Etsy using our plugin. Please follow the steps below:

Go to our plugin, Etsy Sync

2. Navigate to the Upload Products section.

3. Now click on the Upload Products button.

After clicking on the "Upload products" button, please fill in all the details below:

Choose Upload products in Bulk if you want to upload the products that are available in the specific WooCommerce category to Etsy.
If you want to upload individual products, select Upload by selecting individual products
Select the correct Etsy category where you want to upload the products.
Choose the Etsy shipping template for the Etsy products.
Lastly, since you are uploading a variation as it is or without combining, you must select the Upload product variation as it is in the WooCommerce option. (Please Note: If you choose this option, you must have a maximum of 2 variation attributes in WooCommerce)

After all the configuration has been completed, we need to enter the Name of your product list and click Upload to Etsy to upload the product to Etsy using our plugin.

After clicking the Next: Upload to Etsy button, you will be redirected to a page with the selected product details. Please click on the Start Uploading button to initiate the uploading process.

Upon clicking the Start Uploading button, your WooCommerce products will be uploaded to Etsy.

Please Note: By default, our application will upload your WooCommerce products to the draft section on Etsy, and the variations will be displayed as follows:

To make them active, please follow the steps below:

Navigate to your Etsy Store .
Go to the Shop Manager .
Click on the Listings .
On the left side, you will see the Draft section.
If you go inside the draft section, you will see the newly uploaded products; select the product and click on the Publish button.
